Triangle Karate

Triangle Karate teaches Tang Soo Do, a Korean martial art known for flowing movements, high kicks, hand strikes and blocks, to children, teenagers and adults. The school is a member of the International Tang Soo Do Federation, and classes are led by head instructor Master Thomas DuScheid, a 6th-degree black belt who has taught for more than 10 years. Students also work on self-defense, focus and fitness.

New students can schedule a free introductory lesson by phone or through the website. Family classes are offered, and the school says it can bring one-on-one lessons to people who prefer them. The studio is on Davis Drive in Apex, NC, and has been operating since 1984.
