General Contractor

Carrington Contracting is a commercial contractor that paints and renovates apartment communities, office buildings, hotels, churches and retirement communities. Its work covers interior and exterior painting, siding, roofing, waterproofing and sealants, pressure washing, concrete and asphalt, retaining walls and drainage. Property managers often use one team for several maintenance needs on the same property.

Property managers and HOAs can also set up a seasonal maintenance plan. A project manager stays in touch through each job, and the company walks the site with clients when the work is finished. Quotes come from a job walk and an itemized proposal. The company is licensed in North Carolina and South Carolina, and it also has offices in North Myrtle Beach and Asheville.
