Cortes Painting Inc.

Cortes Painting is a residential painting contractor that handles exterior and interior painting, cabinet painting, fence staining, pressure washing and drywall repair. Cabinet work is done with spray equipment rather than brushes or rollers, and interior estimates include wall and ceiling repairs such as nail holes and surface damage. Exterior jobs start with a full pressure wash and complete caulk removal before primer and topcoat go on.

The company has worked across the Triangle since 1997 and is based in Durham, with crews also serving Chapel Hill, Cary, Apex and Hillsborough. Every project begins with an in-person walkthrough and a fixed price, and the estimate is meant to match the final invoice. Most of its work comes from referrals and repeat customers, and it offers a 2-year prorated labor warranty on projects.
