AMERICAN CRAFTSMEN OF N.C.

American Craftsmen of N.C. is an exterior home improvement contractor that handles roofing, metal roofing, windows, doors, siding and gutters. Siding work centers on hardiplank, fiber cement and weatherboard, and the company says every installer has more than 10 years of experience in their own specialty.

The company was started in 2001 by founder Rodney Turner, who owns it and runs the project from estimate to finish, so customers can deal directly with the owner. Free estimates are offered, and financing is available for the work. The office is on North Pointe Drive in Durham, and the company says it is a member of the BBB.
