HOB Brewing Co. is a craft beer taphouse and brewery that grew out of the Dunedin House of Beer, which opened in February 2009 and was known early on for its large tap list. The brewery makes its own beers, typically pouring 22 house-made beers alongside a cider tap, a guest tap, wine, hard seltzers and canned cocktails.

The bar has an outdoor patio and recreation area, and it sits directly off the Pinellas Trail. A two-story event pavilion, added in December 2020, hosts parties, weddings and live music, and private events are available. Guests must be 21 to be served. The brewery is at 931 Huntley Ave in Dunedin.
