Yarn Harbor

Yarn Harbor is a locally owned yarn shop in Duluth's Lakeside neighborhood, stocking Scandinavian yarn brands such as Sandnes Garn, Lopi and Jamieson's of Shetland alongside local and indie makers. The shop carries needles, crochet hooks, notions, project bags, books and kits, and has been serving Duluth's fiber community since 1999.

The shop runs a regular calendar of knitting and crochet classes for beginners and returning knitters, including hats, socks, mittens and sweaters, plus private lessons. Customers can shop online, order gift certificates and arrange delivery, and staff will help pick yarn by phone before an order. It sits at the head of Lake Superior on East Superior Street.
