C1 Spine Lab

C1 Spine Lab is an upper cervical chiropractic clinic focused on Atlas Orthogonal care. Dr. Chuel-Hong Park evaluates the relationship between the head, the atlas (C1) and the cervical spine, and uses imaging only when clinically indicated, with computer-assisted analysis for patient-specific correction planning. Patients often come in looking for a more focused approach than routine full-spine manipulation. Care is delivered with an instrument-assisted correction rather than forceful neck twisting, popping or cracking.

The practice serves patients from Duluth, Johns Creek and surrounding North Atlanta communities. Visits begin with a focused evaluation, and adjustments are not repeated automatically; each visit includes a recheck before deciding next steps. Dr. Park's approach also covers conditions such as neck and shoulder pain, headaches, sciatica and TMJ disorder. The office is in the Peachtree Industrial Boulevard area of Duluth, and consultations are arranged by appointment.
