7 Hills Brewing Company is a craft brewery and restaurant known for its fruit-forward brews, experimental IPAs and upscale pub food, along with hand-crafted cocktails. The original brewpub sits in Dubuque's historic Millwork District, in a German bier hall style space with long benches, large tables and century-old wood pillars.
The group has grown to five locations across Iowa and Wisconsin, including a Taphouse in Dubuque known for pizzas, burgers and nachos, and a Dyersville location with Lebrewski Lanes, an in-house bowling alley. The brewery also offers off-site catering and rents an event center and ballroom. The Dubuque brewpub is open daily from 11 AM to 10 PM.
