B Spa Doylestown

B Spa is a small appointment-only spa known for facial rejuvenation, skin care and anti-aging treatments, along with natural nail services and non-wax hair removal. Its menu includes customized facials, glycolic peels, dermaplaning, microneedling and cupping, plus manicures, pedicures and gel polish. Owner Barbara Fleischut, a medical and spa aesthetician, nail care specialist and makeup artist, has run the business since opening it in 2003.

The spa keeps a boutique setting with extended-length services and on-site parking. Injectable services such as tox, filler and biostimulators are offered on weekends with a board-certified physician assistant. Cancellations need at least 36 hours' notice or the base price of the service is charged. Payment by major credit card is accepted.
