Paul Design Builders

Paul Design Builders is a custom home builder that designs and builds energy-efficient new homes, room additions and renovations. The company works from initial consultation through design, permitting, construction and final walkthrough, and can work from a completely custom design, changes to existing plans, or a client's own pre-drawn plans. Interior and exterior renovations are also part of the work, including kitchens, bathrooms, siding, windows and landscaping.

The firm offers free estimates and free consultations, and it says it uses recyclable materials and sustainable practices throughout a project. Paul Design Builders serves Chicagoland and surrounding suburbs, with its office at 5107 Washington Street in Downers Grove. Clients who want to start a project can reach the team by phone or through the contact form on the website.
