Kats Heating and Cooling

Kats Heating and Cooling repairs, replaces and maintains furnaces, boilers, air conditioners and heat pumps, and also installs ductless mini-splits and handles light commercial systems. The company was founded in 2014 by Giovanni Katsigiannis and is run by his family. It is a Bryant factory authorized dealer, though its technicians work on all major brands.

Emergency service is available at any hour, including nights and weekends, for a furnace that fails in a cold snap or an air conditioner that quits in summer. Free estimates and in-home comfort analyses are offered, and the company uses flat-rate pricing so customers know the cost before work begins. The office is on Ogden Avenue in Downers Grove, and the crew also serves Hinsdale, La Grange, Naperville and several nearby towns.
