Shoreline Counseling Group

Shoreline Counseling Group is a group therapy practice offering individual therapy for children, teens and adults, with a focus on anxiety, depression, and trauma and PTSD. Clinicians draw on evidence-based approaches including EMDR and Internal Family Systems, and the practice also offers a limited number of couples sessions based on clinical fit and availability. Spiritual direction is offered separately by its spiritual direction staff, not its therapists.

The practice has offices in Dover and Portsmouth, plus secure virtual sessions for clients anywhere in New Hampshire. Private pay sessions are $150 with licensed clinicians and $175 for licensed clinicians, with reduced-rate sessions with therapist interns and some sliding scale slots, and the practice works with several insurance plans including Cigna, Anthem, Aetna and Blue Cross Blue Shield. The Dover office is at 140 Washington Street.
