Beacon Lakes Golf Club

Beacon Lakes Golf Club runs an 18-hole lighted championship course, a par 72 layout stretching 6,777 yards that is fun but challenging for players of every level. Fairways, water hazards and sand traps test accuracy, and the course is open to the public for night golf. Golf lessons, custom club fitting, junior and ladies' programs, and tournaments round out the offerings.

Neighbors call the pro shop to book a tee time. Range customers must register in the shop before hitting, and the driving range asks that balls stay between the yellow ropes. The club sits on FM 646 West in Dickinson, about 20 miles from downtown Houston and roughly the same distance from Galveston, and it has a snack bar and gift certificates for golfers.
