Body Balance

Body Balance is a Dexter studio run by Julie, offering Hellerwork and Structural Medicine sessions that use connective tissue manipulation to realign the body, along with GYROTONIC® Method lessons that use fluid, rhythmic movement to release tension around the joints. Julie also makes an all-natural line of products called Body Balance Essentials, blended from therapeutic grade essential oils and botanical extracts.

Sessions are one-on-one and run at least 90 minutes, so Julie can tailor treatment to each client's needs. Appointments are arranged by contacting Julie directly. The studio is in Suite 3 at 959 Baker Road in Dexter.
