GHC Mechanical

GHC Mechanical is a commercial and industrial HVAC contractor that also does plumbing work for building owners. Its services include emergency repair, preventative maintenance, indoor air quality work, energy optimization, equipment installation and replacement, design-build retrofits, and building automation controls. Its technicians are union-trained and receive ongoing training on chillers, hydronic systems, and VRF systems.

The company works with food producers, manufacturers, and property managers whose buildings are at least 10,000 square feet, and it takes emergency calls for those facilities. Each service call follows a 14-point diagnostic process with digital tools. GHC can also advise on commercial and industrial HVAC rebates. The business is listed in Des Plaines.
