Sapa Spa & Wellness is a day spa known for the Red Dao herbal bath, a Vietnamese tradition that anchors its wellness menu. Guests can also book infrared sauna sessions, a salt chamber, an ionic detox foot bath, lymphatic drainage massage and non-toxic nail services, with monthly memberships and gift cards available.

Most visits are by appointment, booked online or by phone. Group rates run from $149 a person for two people down to $130 a person for five or more, and a sound bath is offered on select evenings. The spa is at 344 East 7th Avenue in Denver's Capitol Hill area, and guests change into a yukata robe and slippers before their service.
