InnovAge runs PACE, the Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly, an alternative to nursing facility care for older adults who want to keep living at home. Participants receive customized healthcare and social support at a nearby PACE center, with a team of medical experts coordinating their care. Most eligible participants pay little or nothing for the program.

Anyone curious about eligibility can complete an online self-assessment, and a representative can contact them directly. The Denver center on East Lowry Boulevard is one of several Colorado PACE centers the company operates, alongside locations in Aurora, Lakewood, Pueblo and Thornton.
