Model A Fitness

Model A Fitness is a privately owned gym that has grown from a weight room and a few classes into a wellness center with free weights, circuit and cardio equipment, and a range of studios. Group fitness classes are included in membership, and the gym also runs 5-week small group specialty training for members and non-members, including HIIT boxing and heavy metal sessions. Personal trainers and a free orientation help new members get started.

The facility also offers a spinning studio, a boxing studio built around the BoxMaster training tool, a functional training studio, a yoga studio, childcare, tanning, an infrared sauna, red light therapy, body composition scans, a juice bar, naturopathic care, and massage therapy. New visitors can request a free three-day pass if they are local residents, 18 or older, and first-time users, with ID required. The gym is open weekday mornings and evenings and on weekend days, and it has been serving the area since 2003.
