P & D Builders

P & D Builders is a custom home builder in Central Ohio that designs and builds single-family homes, either on a client's own lot or on lots in its communities. The company works from its own in-house residential design staff as well as more than 800 stock plans, and can add features such as in-law suites, home spas, home theaters and boat or RV storage bays. Founded in 1962 by Richard E. Dillon, the firm reports more than 1,500 homes built.

The process starts with a free design consultation where the team looks at lot options, sketches a preliminary plan and gives pricing estimates. Interior design and decorating help is included at no additional charge, and the company offers a warranty staff for after the move-in. Current communities listed include Plain City, New Albany, Marengo, Waldo, Pataskala, Galena and Delaware. The office is at 59 Greif Parkway in Delaware.
