Kowalske Kitchen & Bath

Kowalske Kitchen & Bath is a design-build remodeler focused on kitchens, bathrooms, basements, home additions and whole-home remodels. The company handles design, material selection and construction under one contract, with in-house designers, carpenters, tile setters and project managers. Its founders began in 1983 as a carpet and tile business in Milwaukee, and the firm has since been named Milwaukee Magazine's best home remodeler for five years running.

Projects start with a free consultation, followed by a floor plan, 3D renderings and an estimate. A dedicated project manager oversees the job and provides an online calendar. The showroom is at 600 Milwaukee Street in Delafield, and the company serves homeowners within about 30 minutes, including Brookfield, Hartland, Wauwatosa and Elm Grove. Saturday visits are by appointment only.
