Live Oak Brewing Co.

Live Oak Brewing Co. is a brewery that makes lagers and ales in the old-world central European style, using a time-consuming mash and a long secondary lagering process. It has earned regional and national attention, and Paste Magazine named it one of The 50 Best American Breweries of the 2010s. The brewery focuses on German-style lagers and ales rather than chasing changing trends.

The brewery has a taproom where you can drink beer on site, and beer is also available to go for pickup from the taproom. Taproom hours run through the week, with later evening hours on Thursday through Saturday. The brewery hosts events such as an annual Oktoberfest party and live music nights, and it runs a disc golf course on its grounds at 1615 Crozier Ln in Del Valle.
