Qamaria Coffee Co

Qamaria Coffee Co sources, roasts and sells single-lot Yemeni coffee, with beans from farms in the Haraz region of Yemen. Its line includes whole coffee blends flavored with cardamom, cinnamon and clove, plus Qishr, a tangy drink made from sun-dried coffee husks. Reputable roasters and coffee shops across the United States buy the beans wholesale from the company.

Coffee can be bought through the company's online shop. The roastery is at 10509 Dix Ave in Dearborn, and the company also lists cafes in Michigan, Illinois and Texas and says it is franchising. The founders, Hatem Al-Eidaroos and Munif, say part of the business goes to supporting Yemeni farmers and artisans.
