Mary Lynn Realty

Mary Lynn Realty is a family-run real estate brokerage that sells homes, manages rentals, and advises owners on property they already hold. The firm covers Volusia County, with listings and management work across Daytona Beach, Port Orange, Ormond Beach and New Smyrna Beach. Owners can get a free home valuation or a management quote.

The office is small, with four people and no call center, so the person who answers the phone usually knows your file. Mary Lynn Hastings, who got her license in 1980, still runs the office on Beville Road in Daytona Beach. Showings and meetings are typically set up by appointment on weekends, and the company runs a 24/7 maintenance line for rental owners and tenants.
