Martinis Organic Restaurant

Martinis Organic serves seasonal New American cuisine built around organic ingredients, with a menu that changes weekly. Dishes range from grass-fed filet mignon and wild-caught seafood to Bahamian lobster, Chilean sea bass and rack of lamb, with starters like seared duck bao buns and jumbo lump crab. The bar pours organic vodkas, local craft beers and organic wines, along with a wide list of specialty martinis and cocktails.

Reservations are available, and dinner is served in the evenings from 5 pm, running later on Friday and Saturday. Weddings and special events can be arranged by phone or through the contact form. Desserts include passion fruit crème brûlée, a double chocolate torte and cheesecake.
