DaytonaHandy

DaytonaHandy is a handyman service that takes on small repairs, installs and home maintenance jobs that do not need a licensed trade. Common work includes TV mounting and picture hanging, furniture assembly, drywall repair, painting, pressure washing, fence and gate repair, door and lock work, and yard cleanup. Several small repairs can be combined into one visit, which suits rental turnovers and punch lists.

Small jobs are billed hourly, at $99 for the first hour and $75 per hour after that, and projects expected to exceed $500 get a free estimate. Requests go through the phone line or an online chat assistant, and the owner reviews each job for fit before scheduling. Licensed plumbing, electrical, roofing, HVAC and structural work are referred out. The core service area is Daytona Beach, Port Orange and South Daytona, with nearby Volusia County cities accepted for well-suited jobs.
