Atlas & Arbor Grounds & Site Development

Atlas & Arbor is a grounds and site development contractor covering tree work, commercial grounds keeping, concrete repair, manufactured home setup and land clearing. Its tree crews handle storm damage, trees over roofs, crane picks in tight backyards and stump grinding, and the company also clears, grades and prepares raw wooded lots for the next trade to build on.

Most of its customers are residential and manufactured home communities, resorts, commercial property managers and developers. Jobs begin with an on-site walk and a written, itemized estimate, with a deposit at signing and the balance due on completion. The same crew lead handles the job from start to finish, and the company hauls debris and secures the site at the end of each workday. The office is on Taylor Road in Port Orange.
