William Brockman & Sons Heating and Cooling

William Brockman & Sons has served Dayton-area homes and businesses for more than 65 years, selling, installing and repairing heating and cooling systems. The company is a certified Lennox dealer and also repairs furnaces, air conditioners and heat pumps of any brand. Its lineup includes air handlers, mini split systems, comfort controls and indoor air quality equipment.

The company is family-owned and now run by the third generation of the Brockman family. Planned Service Agreements cover scheduled maintenance visits along with emergency service at discounted repair rates. Diagnostic visits carry a standard residential rate of $94, and other repairs are quoted at a flat rate. After-hours calls go to an automated answering system that technicians check until 11 p.m. every evening.
