Watkins Heating & Cooling

Watkins Heating & Cooling is a family-owned HVAC company that repairs and replaces air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, boilers and geothermal systems. The company is a Trane flagship dealer and says it tries repairs before recommending new equipment. Its technicians are employees rather than subcontractors, and they train in-house at the Dayton location.

Same-day service is available for air conditioning emergencies, and most repairs are finished on the first visit. Free consultations include an explanation of findings and options, and the company uses an open price book. Tune-ups and filter changes are also offered. Service covers Dayton and nearby Miami Valley communities.
