Trek Bikes

Trek Bikes makes road, mountain, hybrid and electric bicycles, along with Electra bikes, Bontrager parts and riding apparel. Most of its bikes reach riders through local Trek retailers, though the company also sells directly from its website. Its staff includes riders and mechanics with years of hands-on bike experience.

Local shops can order a bike that isn't on the floor. Premium Home Delivery costs $100 and sends the bike to a local shop for professional assembly, then to your door, with final adjustments made at handoff. Standard shipping arrives mostly assembled. Customer care is available by phone and live chat on weekdays, and the company is headquartered in Waterloo, Wisconsin.
