About THE UGLY DUCKLING DAYTON

The story

The Ugly Duckling is a breakfast and lunch spot serving coffee and everyday comfort food, with breakfast served all day. It is known for its pancakes, which are made with applesauce and oat milk instead of eggs and whole milk, giving them a thinner, heartier texture with crispy edges.

Orders can be placed online for pickup, and the shop also offers catering for events and sells merchandise. Hours run from 7 AM to 3 PM daily, and the restaurant is at 1430 E 5th St in Dayton.
