Quality Exterior & Restoration

Quality Exterior & Restoration is a roofing and siding company serving homes and commercial properties. It is known for roof replacement and repair in asphalt shingle and metal, along with James Hardie siding, gutter installation and roof restoration. The company describes its crews as craftsmen rather than just roofers, and it also takes on wider home renovation work such as windows, doors and interior projects.

The company works directly with insurance companies on insurance-covered repairs, including storm damage. Free estimates are offered, and financing can be pre-qualified through the website. Roofing work comes with a transferable lifetime warranty and a 10-year labor warranty. The business is certified, licensed and bonded, and it holds memberships with the Better Business Bureau and BNI. It is located on West Schantz Avenue in Dayton.
