Gaines Mechanical Contracters Inc

Gaines Mechanical Contracters is an HVAC and mechanical contractor that handles installation and design-build projects, mostly industrial and commercial work such as ventilation for warehouses and full mechanical systems for large factories. The company also fabricates sheet metal and ductwork, and it regularly takes on fabrication work for other local contractors. It is a certified minority business enterprise, which can help customers meet minority contractor participation requirements on projects.

The firm says its technicians average about 15 years of experience and keep up with continued training and certifications. Estimates and custom builds are handled through the office, which keeps weekday business hours. The business is located on Hall Avenue in Dayton, Ohio, near Interstate 75.
