G-Force Custom Construction

G-Force Custom Construction is a high-end residential contractor for new homes, house additions, full-scope renovations and outdoor living projects. The company handles the whole job under one contract, from the initial site visit and ballpark estimate through in-house design, permitting, material selection and construction. Owner Eric Geraci, a Springboro native with a bachelor's degree in architecture from Miami University, guides the design work and spent years in the field building his own projects.

Clients speak with Eric by phone from the first consultation, and he is regularly on site with the crew, so questions and complications go straight to him. A free consultation is offered. G-Force is insured and covered by workers' compensation and handles warranty work and callbacks. The schedule was full for 2026 and 2027 when the website was reviewed, and new projects were not being accepted at that time, though current clients can reach the team by email.
