Executive Medical Centers of Ohio

Executive Medical Centers of Ohio is a concierge primary care practice founded in 2012 and serving adults in the Dayton area. Its three physicians each care for no more than 400 patients a year, which leaves room for longer visits, personalized health planning, and careful follow-up. Services include annual executive physicals, urgent care access, virtual visits, physician house calls, and help coordinating specialist care.

Care is provided through a membership, and members can get same-day appointments and around-the-clock access to their own physician. House calls are considered based on medical need and physician availability. The practice also helps patients understand their plans of care and communicates with specialists on their behalf.
