Dixie Dairy Dreem

Dixie Dairy Dreem is an ice cream shop that has been in business for over 40 years, serving hard ice cream, soft serve, shakes and sundaes. The menu also covers banana splits, shave ice, and Arctic Swirls mixed into hard ice cream, along with a lunch side of hot dogs, chili dogs, Polish boys and pretzel dogs, plus steak burgers, fried chicken and breaded cod.

The shop is locally owned and operated. Hard ice cream is sold by the scoop, pint or quart, and ice cream sandwiches can be bought one at a time or by the half dozen for taking home. There is a kiddie menu, and the shop is open every day into the evening, so it works well for an after-dinner treat or a family stop after a game.
