Day Yoga Studio runs yoga classes at two studios, one on Brown Street in Dayton and one on Far Hills Avenue in Washington Township. Offerings include open classes, multi-week beginner series, Yoga Sculpt, which mixes yoga, pilates, dance and strength work, and daily LiveStream classes. The studio also runs teacher training programs, including 200 and 500 hour courses, and aromatherapy certification.
New students can try a 5 class intro pass, and monthly memberships and class passes work at either location. Gift cards and gift certificates are sold, and the boutique carries yoga retail items. The Brown Street studio is at 1100 Brown Street in Dayton, and the Washington Township studio is on Far Hills Avenue, between Rhan and Whipp.
