NEAT Coffee

NEAT Coffee is a specialty coffee shop that sources, roasts and serves its own coffees. The roasting team adjusts its roast profiles every week, aiming for a lighter, Scandinavian style that keeps each coffee's distinct character. Beyond the traditional drink menu, a seasonal menu rotates regularly.

The shop sits in downtown Darien, Connecticut, at 20 Grove Street. NEAT says it was the first specialty coffee shop to open in Connecticut, back in 2009, and it partners directly with farmers and guarantees them fair prices. Baristas are happy to accommodate special requests, and the shop also sells bags of coffee at retail.
