Community for technical founders figuring out what to build380 Brannan Street, San Francisco, CA

South Park Commons is a community for technical founders and researchers who are still deciding what to build. Members range from pre-idea to pre-launch and spend their time in learning forums, testing ideas with peers, and finding collaborators. The program includes a six-month residency with no cost or equity, and a Founder Fellowship that offers funding from $1M to $10M for founders ready to build a venture-scale company.
The organization runs a physical space at 380 Brannan Street in San Francisco's South Park neighborhood, with additional locations in New York and Bengaluru. Admission is by application. Many live workshops and roundtables are reserved for members, though some events are open to guests. Shared meals, run clubs and daily cross-paths in the space are part of how members stay connected.
