Suburban Heating & Air Conditioning Co

Suburban Heating & Air Conditioning Co sells, installs and services heating and air conditioning systems for homes and businesses in the Dallas area. The company has operated since 1967 and is a Carrier factory authorized dealer, using Carrier equipment for new installations. Its work also covers geothermal systems, mini-split systems, chilled water systems and custom ductwork built in-house.

Repairs and maintenance are handled as well, and the company can assist with virtually any repair or service need. Technicians answer calls 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and callers reach a live person rather than a recording. Free estimates are offered for new installations and projects. The business has about 50 employees and is owned by Denise Roberts and Charles Owens.
