Original Landscape Concepts Inc.

Original Landscape Concepts is a Dallas design-build firm that handles landscape design, custom pool design, hardscape construction, garden planning and outdoor living spaces for residential estates. Mike Dickerson, who has worked in landscape design-build since 1980, and David Hunchik, who holds a landscape architecture degree from the University of Toronto, lead the design work. Projects often include stone patios, retaining walls, motor courts, plunge pools and outdoor kitchens.

The firm uses its own crews and a network of trade partners, with one team managing budgets, schedules and construction from first concept to completion. When a project needs registered landscape architect work or sealed drawings, the firm works with a Texas-registered landscape architect. Most of its projects are in Preston Hollow, Highland Park, Lakewood and University Park, and the office is in Dallas.
