Mysa Med Spa is a medical aesthetics and wellness spa offering Botox and other neurotoxin treatments, dermal filler, medical-grade facials, the Green Peel, laser treatments, and infrared sauna bed facials. Neurotoxin is priced per area rather than per unit, and the spa also offers a membership program with recurring Botox, laser hair removal and monthly facials.

Treatments are booked online, and the spa offers a facial analysis consultation with a high-tech skin analysis device. Botox and filler are performed by nurse practitioners after a required consultation. The spa is located at 2629 N Stemmons Fwy in Dallas, and it is open Tuesday through Saturday, with Sunday and Monday by appointment only.
