Law Office of Mark Foster

The Law Office of Mark Foster is a Dallas law firm that works almost exclusively on tax credit transactions for developers and investors. The firm handles Low-Income Housing Tax Credit deals, Historic Rehabilitation Tax Credits and New Markets Tax Credits, from forming entities and structuring the deal through negotiating loan and equity documents and post-construction compliance. Since 1993 it has worked on hundreds of projects in more than 45 states, including New Markets deals closed since 2000.

Mark Foster's earlier work as a commercial banking attorney, and his Masters in Tax Law, shape how the firm approaches financing and real estate issues.
