Fabulous Floors

Fabulous Floors is a family-owned commercial flooring contractor that has been installing floors since 1987. Its work centers on hospitals, schools, government buildings, senior living and multi-family communities, with installs ranging from precision-set ceramic tile to broadloom carpet, luxury vinyl plank, sheet vinyl, VCT and wood stairs. The company also bids and installs under the name Contract Floorworks.

Fabulous Floors scans slabs for conduit and rebar and logs moisture readings before installing. Each project gets a full-time superintendent and a written scope letter. Crews are company employees, many with more than 15 years on the job. The Dallas headquarters is at Midway Road in Farmers Branch, with additional offices in Austin and Bend, Oregon, and the company works across six states.
