Custom Residential Paint Contracting

Custom Residential Paint Contracting is a boutique residential painting company focused on premium interior and exterior painting, Venetian plaster, fine stains and decorative finishes for high-end homes. The company describes itself as referral-only and takes on a limited number of projects each year, so it is best suited to homeowners with a specific finish in mind.

The business was founded by Joe W. Mear and is now led by his son, Colin Mear, with the office run by Joe's daughter, Lisa Sampson. Its craftsmen have often been with the company for many years. Work is based in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, with occasional projects elsewhere in the country, and the company lists an office in Farmers Branch. Requests start with a consultation through the website.
