Central Martial Arts

Central Martial Arts teaches Karate, Taekwondo, Muay Thai kickboxing and MMA to students from preschool age through adults. Classes start with Little Ninjas for 3- and 4-year-olds, move through kids' and teen programs, and include adult classes with belt ranking for students working toward a black belt. Muay Thai, kickboxing, self-defense and MMA training are also offered for adults and teens who want striking skills and conditioning.

Instructors are described as lifelong practitioners with more than 25 years of experience, and the focus is on fitness, self-defense and character development.
