Moonflower Farms

Moonflower Farms is a hydroponic farm company that sells turnkey indoor growing systems, including the GroHouse greenhouse, the GroPod growing cabinet and the GroKit microgreen kit. Its 20,000 square foot hydroponic greenhouse sits in Houston, and the company says it was the first indoor vertical farm in Texas when it started in 2016. Its focus is on low-water, pesticide-free growing close to where food is eaten.

Farm visits must be scheduled in advance, and interested buyers are asked to reach out through the contact form. GroKits are sold online and used by individual consumers and schools. The company also works with NASA on bioregenerative life support research.
