Detec Systems makes electronic leak detection equipment and provides on-site leak detection testing for roofing and waterproofing membranes. Its IntegriScan portable low-voltage scanner finds breaches in membranes, and its TruGround conductive primer allows membrane integrity testing on conventional roofs that could not be tested this way before. The company also sells a PermaScan system that continuously monitors buildings for moisture intrusion and alerts the owner in real time.
