Mayes Plumbing & Heating

Mayes Plumbing & Heating is a family-run plumbing company in Crofton, working on water heaters, drain cleaning and sewer lines, sump pumps, gas lines, and leak and pipe repair for homes and businesses. The company also handles a large share of home warranty plumbing claims from several warranty providers, and it says it does not charge a trip fee on those calls.

The office keeps weekday scheduling hours, but emergency service runs around the clock, and a person answers the after-hours line. Mayes says it gives a price before work starts and will stop to discuss if the job changes. Homeowners paying directly are served across Anne Arundel, Prince George's, Howard and Baltimore County, usually within an hour of Crofton. The shop is at 1650 Crofton Boulevard.
