Neuropsychological Services of Oregon, LLC (NSO) provides neuropsychological and psychological evaluations and related treatment planning for adults. The clinic looks at how changes in brain function affect everyday behavior and mood, and works with patients, families and their treating providers to clarify symptoms and build on each person's strengths and weaknesses.

Evaluations are not invasive: most tests are questions and answers, along with working with materials on a table, and some use a computer, requiring only basic computer skills. Referrals can be faxed to the office, and patients can also receive education about their diagnosis and what to expect. The office is in Creswell, Oregon, in the same complex as PeaceHealth, Emerald Valley Rx and Tractor Supply.
