Creswell Bakery

Creswell Bakery is a from-scratch bakery and kitchen known for naturally fermented sourdough, plate-sized cinnamon rolls, and bacon cured and smoked in house. Owner Heidi Tunnell, a classically trained chef, makes breads, pastry doughs, salad dressings and croutons from scratch using local ingredients. Breakfast and lunch are made to order, with sandwiches on fresh-baked artisan bread, handheld meat pies, and ham and cheddar pretzels.

Online ordering is available for pickup if you want to order ahead, though it isn't required. Breakfast and lunch are served until 3 PM, and the bakery rack is stocked daily. Gift cards are sold. The bakery is on South 2nd Street in Creswell, Oregon.
